Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field

Strong HR administration skills

Good communication skills and a passion for human resources

Fluent in English


Job Description :

* Conduct the recruitment process flow according to company needs

* Handle administrative tasks related to HRGA such as: assignment letters, attendance, expense summaries, BPJS, etc.

* Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date

* Coordinate office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure is well maintained

* Coordinate office asset maintenance regularly, office logistics asset to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready
